Our Goal

Our goal is to serve you a healthier pizza with all natural ingredients in a short amount of time. We make our own dough from 00 flour daily and also make the fresh mozzarella cheese in house. Crushed tomatoes, fresh herbs and olive oil take the place of traditional sauce. The pizza is cooked in a 900 degree Italian brick oven in 90 seconds and brought to your table as soon as it is ready. The result is a thin crusted, fresh, flavorful 12” pizza that you will want to come back for.
